Morris & Raper's Commercial & Land Division was established to assist real estate investors who are interested in capitalizing on Atlanta's Intown growth. Accordingly, our services are designed to match clients with available properties along The Beltline and Intown Atlanta.

What Is The Beltline?
The Beltline, a 22-mile loop of historic railroad that encircles downtown and midtown, will add new green space, mixed-use developments and neighborhood connectivity to Atlanta. It will connect 40 Atlanta parks and provide easy access to other venues along the corridor and to MARTA.
