- Consultation and coordination of documentation pertinent to the development (i.e. contracts, reservation agreements, etc.)
- Weekly advice on permanent financing for development's target market
- Written research and an analysis on competition such as square footage, pricing, financing plans, traffic and sales
- Construction lender assistance
- Coordination of walk-thru inspections
- Coordination of closing attorneys and scheduling dates
- Maintenance of thorough and organized traffic and sales files at the on-site sales center. (These are available for developer's inspection at any time.)
- Preparation of weekly written reports encompassing daily traffic and sales activity
- Development of weekly flow chart regarding status of all sales in progress
- Expedition of all processing details necessary for the prompt closing of each sale
- Sharing all information obtained through marketing research projects and consumer surveys with the developer
- Weekly or bi-weekly meetings with developer/builder in order to discuss sales, traffic, advertising programs, pending closings and any additional items pertinent to development
